THE REVIEW
Avon's Far Away 'Infinity' is a followup to their original Far Away (1994), which I've been loving since 2003. As usual, the bottle has a cute appeal to it. The atomizer spray has some resistance that allows me to control the amount if one wants to spray lightly.
The initial blast gives me something like sweet floral fruity coming from gardenia, jasmine, and mostly orange blossom. The other notes cannot be identified individually but they melt into something warm and creamy. It smells sweet and round, nothing 'sharp' or piercing. This perfume instantly lifts my mood without being too sweet.
The projection is a little bit softer than the original Far Away EDT, but still a very concentrated/powerful scent that will capture people's hearts around you. It lasts throughout the day and smells even better when I sweat. Once in a while when you think it has settled to a skin scent, wafts of fruity-floral sweetness remind me that it's always there if I need to mood booster.
Conclusion: As usual, Avon scents are reliable and will not disappoint. I'm saying this as someone who has been buying Avon perfumes for almost 20 years now and tried many bottles. The Avon Far Away 'Infinity' EDP is a mood booster. It is happy, floral, sweet and fruity without being over the top. If I would recommend this to anyone, this scent smells suitable for any occasion or any age group.
