THE REVIEW

Aspen is often compared and labeled as the herbal version of Coolwater. They were introduced to the market just one year apart and produced by the same company, Coty. I happen to have another perfume under Coty, the Jovan Musk 'For Men'. But they watered down the Jovan too much and ruined a great scent!

Fortunately, Aspen smells very opaque and concentrated even if users say the bottles they produce nowadays is watered down. This fragrance give me an impression of walking through a pine forest. I even use it occasionally as a room spray. Other notes I get are citrus and herbal notes. Particularly lavender, orange blossom, and chopped coriander leaves.

This updated formula of Aspen is watered down, but produces a very rich concentrated aroma around the whole room and reaches far. It also has good lasting power, too good for a eau de cologne strength!

Gives me mostly pines with accents of herbal and citrus
It's a great scent, everyone will love it
