Bumili si mama ng EMS Foot Massage Mat sa FB, nakita lang niya through sponsored ad. Ang reklamo niya ay 20 seconds lang daw tumatagal ang power tapos namamatay na agad (dapat 15 minutes daw bago mag power off). Marami daw siya mga nababasa na complaints na defective daw itong product na nabili nila. Tapos nagaalala siya dahil bigla daw nawala yung page na binilhan niya sa FB. Sinubukan ko lang ito to troubleshoot para makita kung ano talaga ang problema, before we proceed to other actions. Sana po makatulong itong video kung may problema din kayo sa nabili ninyo; i-check niyo ang device kung baka nasa battery or contact pins po ang problema.
