Nakabili ako ng MyPro Hi-Fi Stereo Earphones (Model 'E3') noong December of 2019. Bumili ako noon as replacement dahil at the time, nasa anim na high quality original Samsung earphones na ang sinira ng mga pusa ko.

Tumagal din nang dalawang taon sa akin ang MyPro E3 Hi-Fi Stereo Earphones bago nasira ang wire sa right ear. Surprisingly, nagagamit ko pa rin ito with a tape to fix it temporarily. Kung sa build quality ay masasabi ko na maganda ang pagkagawa at napakatibay nito. In fact, maraming beses ko din nahila nang malakas ang wires nito dahil naiipit sa paa when I stand up. Maraming beses ko din ito nahulog at naghiwalay ang cover, pero naayos din with a contact cement glue. Hanggang ngayon ay gumagana pa rin ang output ng parehong left at right channels at gumagana nang maayos kahit sira ang wire.

After two years of use, bumili ulit ako nito as replacement. Mapapansin sa comparison na magkaiba na ang packaging pero pareho pa rin ang design at material ng earphones itself. Hindi niyo matutukoy ang luma sa bagong version. (Clue: Tignan ang microphone/volume control piece ng earphones, makikita ninyo ang old vs. new logo design ng company. Doon ninyo matutukoy.)

Regarding the sound output, may malaking difference sa old at new. Ang old version ay napaka pleasant sa pandinig at may tunay na high fidelity sound reproduction with its flat profile and rich clear sound. Kung ano ang tunog ng music sa magandang sound system, ganyan din mismo maririnig sa earphones (old version). Kaya napahanga ako sa quality at naisipan bumili ulit recently as replacement.

Malaki ang kinagulat ko sa bagong version. Mapapansin agad na iba ang sound output. The new version of the MyPro E3 Hi-Fi Stereo Earphones focuses more on bass and clarity. They specified that the new version is bass-driven. The bass doesn't sound like a deep rich bass but rather boomy like a tin can kind of bass. The highs are also boosted and overall, the earphones' sound quality looks like it is optimized for loudness and clarity. May mga panahon na okay lang, may mga pagkakataon na hindi okay ang sound ng bass at medyo tunog lata yung bass (parang humming kind of bass) rather than a high-end rich kind of bass. After a while, you kind of get used to it, but I often find myself grabbing the old version despite having damaged wire. As long as both sides have sound, then I'll still keep using the old one. 

Ang conclusion ko ay mas maganda ang audio quality ng lumang version at iyan pa rin ang hinahanap ko. Ang bagong version ay optimized para sa loudness at clarity; maganda ito for calls and recording, pero sometimes I feel uncomfortable using it for listening to music. Somehow... pwede na. May ibang reviewers din pala ang nakapansin ng change of quality, sana ibalik nila ang lumang version nito.
