Let's admit it, we all have to age someday and wear every etch of wrinkle like a prized trophy bearing our wisdom and experience. But with today's hectic lifestyle, undisciplined diet, and environmental factors, we might see ourselves aging faster than we can imagine.

According to Dra. Mary Jane Torres-Valdecañas, cosmetic surgey is the worst way to beauty. She is an advocate of non-invasive and non-surgical treatments that also happen to be less expensive and have zero side effects. Thus, her brainchild The Zen Institute was born in 2006.

Their philosophy on beauty is to provide non-invasive treatments on a holistic level, meaning it's not just treatments but also involves a healthy diet and lifestyle, which are tailored individually by their in-house consultants. Lastly, I just want to share with you my pleasant experience with their Resolift. This is a non-invasive way of firming up the skin and one session is good for 15 minutes. I love the warm sensation from the machine that was being massaged on my face and neck area. It feels very relaxing and as if my skin was literally firming up during that session... and I thought I could take it throughout the whole day! After the session, my skin had visibly smaller pores and the whiteheads on my nose were nowhere to be seen, no kidding!
