The San San Soleil Lip Color was bought in November 2011 at a sale price of only 50 Pesos. It was already being phased out at the time and was already gone by December the next time I visited.

The first thing you notice is the bright sunny theme of the casing and then the delicious buttery chocolate scent. You get a super emollient lipstick that feels super deeply moisturizing like no lip balm can make you feel. However, this type of consistency means it is prone to break and melt at room temperature in our climate. Which it did, eventually.

The one I own is Nude Caribbean, a baby pink color rather than the chocolate nude you get an impression of from the tube. Pink Tropics was gifted to a friend and I haven't tried that shade. The creamy feeling lasts 2 hours average and you will need to re-apply every 3 hours.

Conclusion: I'm glad naabutan ko ito. For a cheap product, it's kinda good, and you can't really complain at all. The best part are the chocolate scent and buttery feeling on the lips -- you rarely come across lipsticks with this quality.
