The Ever Bilena Pro Lipstick with Shimmer was bought in November 2011. At the time of purchase, this lipstick was their only modern or new-looking product and stood out because of its beautiful design. The bullets have a very fragrant fruity candy scent. The bullet was made of solid color, but the hollow inner center was filled with lip emollients. They are supposed to blend as you apply them.

Moisture, texture, consistency, pigmentation and performance varies with the shades. These are actually not shimmer, but annoying glitters, and some shades have more glitters than others. The most annoying one was the Cherry Licious, which felt like sandpaper scratching my lips, very rock hard, would only produce sheer pigmentation, and the glitters would create a big mess around my lips. Mauve Pink was the same as Cherry Licious but creamier and more useable. The best one was Burgundy Shine, it was ultra creamy and the least glitter in it. It applied smoothly but has a tendency to bleed around the lips after some time, then it leaves uneven patches hours later.
Frankly, I think it could have been a wonderful product if they tested it thoroughly before launching in the market. But now, it's just a missed opportunity.
