THE REVIEW
My history of buying perfumes from Avon amount to almost twenty years -- their Far Away and Imari line were my reliable favorites among their many beautiful scents. In the past, I have owned the original red Imari (old school floral), the white Imari Satin (gardenia leaning creamy vanilla), the orange Imari Bold/Fantasy (sweet fruity, jasmine, orange blossom and caramel fantasy), the the black Imari Velvet and this purple Imari Seduction in roller form. My favorite as of now is the orange one.
The Avon Imari 'Seduction' that I am reviewing here comes in roll-on perfume oil. A roll-on perfume is recommended for those who really don't want to buy a whole bottle or those who want to sample the variants. It is also more economical since you only apply on certain areas instead of spray and miss. This means the product can be more concentrated.
Imari 'Seduction' is a fruity plum scent that is deep, dark and a little bit of sharp herbal patchouli underneath the plum. The other notes are not distinct and blend into a creamy seductive smell. Overall this is a deep and smoky fragrance.
The projection appears to be moderate and lasts beyond 6 hours on my skin. Once in a while you can smell the perfume emanating from your skin, and proof that it has great chemistry with the skin. Avon always produces beautiful fragrances that is always worth it to me.
Summary/Conclusion:
Roller form is great for those who like to sample the variants.
This is another great scent from Avon.
Smells great on anyone
Mildly sweet and creamy, balsamy.
Plum notes is the theme of this perfume.
There is nothing offensive about this perfume
Good for all ages, occasions and weather
Long lasting, good sillage.
More than sulit purchase.
My favorite Imari is the orange colored 'Bold'.
