Around the time I bought this Shawill Cream Eyeshadow Palette #15 in 2015 that retails at PhP125.00, there were only two brands I know of that produced cream eyeshadows -- Jazzy Collection and this Shawill. The Shawill was far more affordable as an alternative to the Jazzy, and you get a pretty palette of vivid colors here.
There are 6 creamy colors in the palette, and then a thin film of glitters on the top (thank goodness it's not glittery!). So there, once you get past that layer or scrape it off, you get to the creamy colors that will give you vivid colors. And VIVID they are! The cream eyeshadow is very solid and feels like you need to use a little bit of pressure with the sponge applicator to get something for your eyelids, or you can use fingers instead. It feels like hardened clay and takes skill to apply and blend.
Then the lasting power is below average, kakainin ng eyelids mo within an hour and leave you with uneven patches. But this I do not consider a bad product at all. If you can just get a Jazzy Collection Eyeshadow Base like what I did, it will help this Shawill eyeshadow to pop out even more and then last for 4-5 hours.
