On June 3rd 2014, we were invited by Vikings to have lunch with them and to preview the upcoming limited edition Independence Day Menu. It's a lineup of Filipino dishes that have origins in the hometown of the chefs who conceptualized them for Vikings. They were very fulfilling and to name my favorites/recommendations: Ginataang Pagi, Bicol Express, and Choco Pili Tart. Especially the Choco Pili Tart, it's like heaven and earth merging together.
This Independence Day Menu would be launched for June 12 only. You can place a reservation via phone, email, FB, Twitter, or even SMS. It's that easy, and they even make it super affordable since they already slashed their buffet meal down to P668.00.
