I bought a pair of Shawill Vogue Noble Lipstick from the department store in July 2012. The packaging looks expensive for a very cheap price. Opening the lipstick for the very first time, I thought the strong odor of machine oil would kill me. Fortunately, the scent was gone when I left the cap open for an hour. Afterward, the scent became sweet like candy.
The lipstick has a very watery-glossy texture and glides like liquid vaseline on the lips. There are no shimmer or glitter particles. Unfortunately, the glossy texture also means that it easily bleeds and runs outside my lip line, which looks ugly after 30 minutes (even if it was not in a hot environment!). It lasts an average of three hours before fading, and then the problem is either bleeding or being left with ombre lips afterward.
Well, it's very cheap and you get very bright beautiful colors to play with -- ranging from reds, pinks, browns and corals. 'Toffee' was chocolate brown at first, but as the watery moisture dried, it became very reddish brown. On the other hand, 'Burgundy' was a beautiful berry-eggplant kind of color and stayed true all day.
Good: very cheap, vivid colors, watershine effect
Bad: strong offensive odor, poor lasting power, bleeds, ombre lips
