Shawill is a local brand makeup whose products come from China. One of the things you will notice about their products are the unusual fancy designs. If you check out the ingredients, they also have a tendency to use unknown/unusual ingredients you don't often find other brands use (just trivial).

The Shawill Eyebrow/Eyeliner Pencil retails for PhP65.00 back in 2012. For that price, nakakatuwa lang na the pencil is also unusually LOOONG, about one foot in length. As usual, the design is cute and very fancy. Past the packaging, we get a shade that is very reddish kind of brown. It doesn't look natural and maybe will suit if you have a reddish hair color. I must tell the bad news that it is a horrible performer. It easily smudges and doesn't stick to the skin, paano pa later in the day? So once your skin begins to oil or sweat, the pencil instantly BLEEDS! As in runs down. Not even using setting powder to keep it dry will help. It is not worth buying, even at its cheap price.
