Kokuryu recently updated their products to modern by the time I bought this Kokuryu Cream Powder Special around 2012. The packaging is just beautiful! The best thing about this product is the invigorating grapefruit scent.
I own shade #22, which is a bright peachy glow with brightening effect (not to be mistaken for a thick white mask). It appears to have pinkish undertone when worn on me but still wearable. There's a specific shade I was looking for that could have been my best match, but it's always out of stock. It's called Peach Brandy.
Oil control is below average and might work best on dry/sensitive/mature skin because of its creamy texture. It did not cause any skin breakout when I used this product. Overall, I'd love to recommend this product, but you have to be very particular with the shades. If you don't find your perfect match, just don't.
