I bought the Nichido lipstick back in March 2012. The packaging is ultra simple silver hard tin material with glossy lamination and no labels for the ingredients or description. The lipstick has a delicious gulaman scent and a hint of metallic taste.
The consistency is very creamy and moist, it does feel thick and heavy on the lips, yun lang. The pigment has a jewel-like finish that stays rich even after drinking or eating; it also stays rich hours after the creaminess has gone. It does not feel drying and I have not experienced any side effects after prolonged use.
There are only 5 shades to choose from... four of them are variations of brown (even the Nude Pink). The only standout here is Candy, a berry shade. I think they can improve on diversity of the shade colors. The ones I owned were Natural (this peachy nude lippie is a keeper) and Toffee (not the dark chocolate shade I was expecting; rather, a deep reddish brown but will do).
