The Wet n Wild Ultimate Match Liquid Foundation was bought from the department store, and it can also be bought online for a much cheaper price (if you are willing for a month of pre-order). You will get a small palm-sized frosted bottle. You twist open the cap and then a big gaping hole will greet you, where the foundation will come out from. It's not like the typical pump-type that is more hygienic and makes sure the inner content does not get contaminated with air exposure or your fingers.

The foundation does have a lovely peppermint candy scent. They have three types of liquid foundation -- primer+foundation, oil-baded (normal to dry), and water-based (oily to combination). The one in review here is the water-based formula which has a liquidy and light consistency hat easily blends and disappears on my skin like magic. The coverage is only sheer to light, sort of my skin but better finish, and will only partially cover blemishes.

In addition, it has SPF 15, which means that you can be protected from the damaging rays of the sun for 15 minutes of exposure. For those who are mostly outdoor, the recommended SPF is 30.

The shade I own is Beige, which was the ultimate match to my golden-beige skin tone. At first, the liquid looks 2 or 3 shades lighter, but once blended, it simply disappears into a matte skin finish. The shades available are (first impressions from the store):

✔ Ivory - presumably the lightest shade of them all, and not available in department stores ✔ Porcelain - the lightest shade available
✔ Nude - yellow undertone for fair skin
✔ Beige - yellow undertone for golden / olive skin (NC30)
 Bisque - peachy tan shade
 Sand - the deepest shade

This water-based foundation works perfectly with my oily skin. It manages to keep a powdery matte finish most of the day, and by the time I need to touch-up at the end of the day, it still looks like my skin but better.
