Fashion 21 released this black lipstick on the last week of October 2013, just in time for the Halloween! Saktong there was a sale in Landmark Trinoma by the time I got there, so this lippie was only P90 that time. The packaging is very simple and see-through. The bullet is matte texture and has a bit of waxy scent, then it is firm enough not to easily break. It has vitamin E and zero preservatives, then it glides smoothly on the lips without any feeling of dryness. The color is opaque and solidly black without any purple or red undertones, but you will need two or three layers to make it really opaque. It applies evenly with no patches and will last for many hours. This is cheap but good lipstick... if you are looking for a true black.
