It looks like Fashion 21 was about to obsolete this product when I bought it in 07 January 2013, they were already rolling out new products at the time. The casing is brittle and broke soon after, and the stiff brush was useless tool. The shades are more on shimmery and just about 40% pigmented. I like the sheer natural effect almost, but the shimmer was obtrusive. The shades have good lasting power. Fashion 21 did announce in their FB page that they were planning to reduce/eliminate the shimmer from their blushes. They released the matte version in 2014. Thanks again Fashion 21 for always listening to your customers’ feedback and for always striving to give us new products.
