San San's BB Cream in 'Beige' was introduced in December 2012. For those who forget, it was revolutionary at the time because most BB creams at the time were foreign brands and usually come in a single pale ash-grey shade. San San as usual came up with a universal shade to fit the Filipino skin tone. By August 2013, it was followed up with a lighter 'Natural' shade.

As usual, being the affordable skin care brand that HBC is, this product comes with plenty of nutritious ingredients. Again, I need to point out that this is very generous compared to is local competitors who only have minimal vitamins and more like foundation pretending to be BB cream.

The BB cream has a thick pasty consistency that is neither greasy or watery, that tells it will give full coverage to hide blemishes. It lasts for a good 8 hours on its own without powder. The delicious nutty-cocoa aroma... just lovely! The only thing I don't like with this product is that it takes a while for the product to come out because of its design.

This BB cream blends beautifully on my skin. Skin stays matte for 4 hours, given I have oily skin. And then when I go outdoors for errands, it stays in place and does not streak or look like grease melting off my skin. The Beige color is my skin but one notch lighter kind of shade. I've liked it so much and has never caused any skin problems.
