I'm looking for a liquid foundation that... is affordable presyong-pang-masa, comes in a no-spill tube, has good oil control, is creamy but dries powdery, stays matte and shine-free for hours, fits my skin tone, has a medium to heavy coverage when needed. What is it?

The tubes are fun to use because the tiny nozzle only produce a tiny tiny amount and does not create messy spills. The foundation cream itself does not have any scent and feels like it has a thick pasty consistency. You will need to have your skin moisturized beforehand to make it easier to blend.
Mind you, you need just a tiny tiny dot for a light coverage. If you need full coverage, use more as needed. The consistency of the foundation is very solid, not runny, and leaves a powder finish (no need for powder). The finish is not dewy, moist or oily. Oftentimes, because of its powdery finish, I think there's really no need to powder up afterward. It even holds very well until the end of the day with its superb oil control.
For a retail price of 329 Pesos, this foundation is really much more affordable compared to other foundation brands in the market, given its superb performance and coverage.

Silkygirl gave me all four shades to try, but the first two lightest I gave away. The Medium works fine for my golden-beige skin tone but a notch lighter, while the Tan is perfect but does look a little red on me and more suited for darker skin tones really.
