Our new feature today is the Silkygirl Magic BB Cushion, a cream foundation with a natural no-makeup finish. It is recommended for any age, but particularly benefits those who are more advanced in age because of its properties.
Straight out of the box, you get a hefty compact with white casing. The box is thoughtfully inclusive of the typical details -- instructions, ingredients, features.
The compact has a separate compartment for the sponge and for the foundation. The sponge has been perfected so that it is very very fine and absorbs very little foundation (think 'waste') into the sponge, and everything goes to your skin. Did you know that you can also remove the pan, which just snaps on and off, in case you want a refill?

This cream foundation only comes in two shades -- one is Light for the very pale, and the other is Natural, for medium to medium light skin tone. I went for the Natural one. If your skin tone falls outside of the available shades, I recommend instead their Skin Perfect Liquid Foundation, which covers Tan.
This cream foundation is better than your typical liquid foundation because it feels very very light, even non-existent on the skin when applied. Once it is blended on the skin, the finish looks like my bare skin but smoother.

It has a very strong SPF50 and works well for those who travel outdoor. For flash photography, you usually want foundation with little to no SPF to avoid the notorious white cast on the skin. The case here is that it works well when I use the sheerest coverage.
As for the performance, I will rate it with the highest compliment possible. I do have oily skin and this foundation manages to keep it together for 12 hours+ as advertised! Once I apply this foundation, I never bring powder for touch-ups later in the day. That is how confident I feel with this makeup.
