LAMON KRONICLES: Tea Is Good Only When Drunk Without Additives



One of the habits I learned from my beloved grandmother from a very young age was to appreciate the strong astringent taste of tea.

We all know of tea's health benefits so there's no need for me to expound on it here. The astringent taste itself is a great cleanser to remove the aftertaste of oily or pungent food.

However... to get the best healing effects of tea, it has to be drunk WITHOUT milk, sugar or any additives. Tea is tea.

Milk has compounds that when mixed with tea, will bind to tea's compounds and nullifies its healing properties.
