December 30. The baby rats are already starting to eat solid food. They love the flavor of the dog bits as much as I do (it tastes like sweet corn with honey!). By this time, their inquisitive nature and hyperactive energy are already showing. It's not easy being a mama, but they grow so fast!

As for temperament, they don't have any problem at all. I usually bring them up to my room and place their box/carrier beside my laptop/work station and let them roam free. They have a habit of crawling up my arms and taking a nap on my shoulder, hiding underneath my hair.

The images above are shot with a vintage Nikkor-S 50mm f/1.4 (Pre-AI) manual lens attached to my Nikon D5200 (except the last photo). I have just bought it a day before and testing it in several situations like low light... it's doing a great job so far because the photos don't need any correction or edit.
