Don Andres Peruvian Kitchen

29 April 2015

Peru is a South American nation and its dishes are heavily influenced by Spanish heritage. Much like the Spanish influence embedded into Filipino cuisine -- so we really cannot help but compare the similarities. For one, rice is a staple in Peruvian dishes. Their cuisine have Spanish names and some of them might sound familiar when we explore the dishes that Don Andres Peruvian Kitchen has to offer.

The interior is beautifully splashed with vibrant colors that gives the place a sophisticated and upbeat ambiance. Nothing but fine dining good vibes once you walk in. It's large enough to accommodate around 60 people at any one time in case you want to book a party with them.

The servings are huge and yet the prices are affordable. Although the dishes have exotic Spanish names, the flavors taste familiar to us. Alot of them have a kick of adobo-ish flavor. But to me, their dessert is a religious experience, and take note, I rarely use that term. They were bursting with milk flavor, some drenched in creamy milk. This is my paradise. I believe in the virtue of altruism and generosity, but sometimes we need to be greedy and keep a plate all to ourselves. You might understand what I mean if you'd see the photos below =)
