| Niu by Vikings, all the best dishes of the world in one place! |
Vikings Buffet Restaurant had consistently given us great food by bringing together the best chefs to create their menu, and there will always be new dishes and themes to look forward to every month. This time, they are giving us one level up with the recently opened Niu by Vikings. There are many things that sets Niu apart from Vikings. For example, it has the same affordable buffet rates and promos, but the ambiance is more deluxe. Customers can ask the waiters to bring food for them. There is a pleasant atmosphere of chillax (compound word for 'chill and relax') and there are no long queues!
We were invited for a dinner on October 9th. They've only been open for 8 days but the place was already abuzz with people. Sir Charles took us on a quick tour around the place and shared with us some of his favorites. One of them was the Hong Kong style litson which had a soft skin, and the flavor is even more tender with herbal flavors dominating. Luckily, there's no need for me to travel all the way to Hong Kong to experience it.
