Jazzy Collections Eyebrow Pencil was on sale back in April 2014, I got both for a total of PhP 200.00 (two for the price of one). You get giant-sized pencils and rather very generous for the price I paid.
It is very convenient to use because you just tear away the paper holding it, no need to sharpen. The consistency is solid like a piece of brick, it will apply better with oily skin. The shades Dark Brown (reddish brown looks best on a blonde-dyed hair) and Black (blackest of black) look comical or too strong when used on my eyebrows. It would be nice to have softer delicate colors that look more natural for everyday use. Once it's drawn on my eyebrows, it surely stays all day and will not bleed or fade. Just the colors, really...
