Let me share with you a double review of Gluta White and Firm's Facial Cream and Body Lotion. You see them alot in drugstore and supermarkets in those lovely red packaging. Their products stand out because they promise to Whiten as well as to Firm the skin. Being a person who loves to check out the ingredients, their ingredients has alot of good stuff (others only have a handful, like 2 or 3 noteworthy ingredients).
It's a long list of ingredients, but I just noted the special ones here (click on them for more info):
- Kojic Acid - skin lightening
- Aminopropyl ascorbyl phosphate (AAP) - a water-soluble Vitamin C derivative, skin lightening, anti-aging, anti-oxidant, promotes collagen production
- Saxifraga sarmentosa (Strawberry Begonia) - anti-inflammatory
- Arbutin - skin lightening
- Paeonia suffroticosa (Tree Peony) root extract - anti-aging
- Scutellaria baicalensis (Baikal Skullcap) root extract
- Glutathione - whitening
- Bioflavanoids
- Algae extract - skin firming
- Centella asiatica (Asiatic Pennywort)
- Caffeine, L-Tartrate, L-Carnitine - skin firming
- TEA salicylate
- D Panthenol (Pro Vitamin B5)
There's 2 sizes to suit your needs. One large 200mL tube for use at home, and a smaller tube for travel. I super love this lotion because it makes my skin feel elastic without the dewy moist feeling. My skin feels elastic and firmer with using the lotion. Especially the face lotion, I'm not afraid to use it before makeup because it does not interfere with the makeup or make my skin greasy any time of the day.
I cannot say much about the whitening effect because I already have medium-light skin tone. For reference, their Soap and Facial Wash has more visible lightening effect after use.
CONCLUSION
I love using both of them particularly on my legs and neck area. Although I really cannot tell the difference between the Facial Cream and Body Lotion because they seem to have the same ingredients and consistency --both of them feel very light on the skin and yet moisturizing. It's also unscented.
I cannot say much about the Whitening since I already have a light skin tone (Whitening effect is more visible with the Soap and Facial Wash). As for the Firming aspect, of particular concern is my neck area. I don't feel any tightness at all, but after a while of using it, skin feels more elastic and firm whether it's neck area or the legs.

As of now November 2023, I soak alot under the sun and my arms and legs are toasted tan, while the rest of my body is a light warm beige color. I still cherish my experience of their product all these years, and now I'm considering purchasing their sunblock because they really are very affordable.
