I have a new baby love with me, the Avon Ultra Moisture Rich Lipstick in Pale Rose. Well, I wanted other colors (Deep Pomegranate) but they did not have stocks at the time. The packaging is very simple, no boxes, just a plastic film wrapping to protect the lipstick. At that price, you'd expect at least more generous packaging.
I have another Avon lipstick from the US that my aunt gave as gift. The packaging is the same, but what is noticeable that the US-made one has a fuller lip bullet and feels heavier, while the local one appears lighter, thinner and looser from the tube.
Anyway, once you open the product, the first thing to greet you is an unusual tamarind candy scent, it's so delicious... why aren't all other lipsticks like that? This is a very creamy lipstick that contains jojoba seed oil, tamarind seed extract, hydrolyzed collagen, pomegranate fruit juice, and vitamins (A, C, E).

Pale Rose is a pale nude-ish pink and semi-opaque. You want to use this lipstick more for its emollient property rather than for bold colors or lasting power. It does not have shimmer or glitter, but the shade does have a frosted metallic finish and I wish they'd get rid of it. Lasting power is very poor. It totally disappears after a light meal or drink.
Some years later, a friend gave me an Avon Ultra Moisture Rich Pink Crystal Lipstick in Diamond Rose. Same packaging but different color. That color is a peachy color with no pearl, shimmer or shade. However, it tends to apply uneven and patchy on my lips.
Again, as the name implies, this lipstick is very rich in emollients and perfect for those who need moisturization with a bit of color on their lips.
