I used to own a refill of thi Ever Bilena Powder Foundation back in 2012. Thank goodness for refills because I have a ton of empty compacts at home! It's very economical and good for the environment that they had this idea of refills.
Oriental was my best match. The powder was finely milled and looks like plain skin but better. However, the shade looks like a neutral beige on me, rather than more on yellow undertone.
At first, the new pan cake gave me a delicious milk candy scent. But after two weeks, it became a strong soapy odor that made me dizzy.
Performance was below average for oil control. It looks as if the powder oxidizes within the same hour I wear it, even on an air-conditioned environment. At the end of the day, my skin looks very dark tan with a weird haggard shine on it.

I'm sorry if many of you love this... but I HATED IT. Abysmal performance. They already came up with a new product in 2017 which I loved very much, the Ever Bilena Matte Two Way Cake. Yun na lang po bilhin niyo.
