The Body Recipe Milk+ Corrective Night Cream was bought from HBC in December 2011. The scent instantly reminded me of the warming Nivea Creme fragrance, although the cream itself is not as viscous and greasy. It contains Arbutin, a melanin inhibitor (skin whitening) compound found in bear berry, wheat, and pear skin. I can immediately feel the deep moisturizing effect after application. I loved this product because it really works, smells nice, and very affordable. My only complaint is that it's not as full as the size of the bottle and you only actually get half.
More than a year later, I also bought their Sunblock Cream around the same price and the same kind of scent. It leaves a greasy effect on the skin and will not go well as a makeup base. HBC is a great skin care brand and produces many awesome affordable products like these two. Thank you!
