City Color Cosmetics was only seen in online shops until now. I stumbled upon them at the third floor of Fisher Mall, near the Department Store. It has only been a month since they set up shop there. Their products range from PhP 100.00 to PhP 500.00, which is within the affordable budget reach of the masses. Affordable, but high quality cosmetics.
They were offering liquid matte lipsticks for PhP 125.00 at the time (November 2015) and I took a liking to #22 (deep purple) and #24 (metallic peach). It was a giddy purchase. They look great once dried and pretty long lasting. It leaves an outline of color on the edges after a meal (same with other brands of liquid matte lipstick I used). Sometimes I worry about patches peeling off since I have a habit of pressing my lips together. I'm better off with regular lipstick, I guess.
