Let me introduce to you Angelica's Catering. I first met them at the 18th Weddings and Debut Expo at the PICC. They invited me to come on January 26 as they have scheduled a food sampling event that day.
Before we went to Angelica's, friend and I went to BYS for their makeover event. That's why I look prettified when we arrived there.

They have a showroom located in Del Monte corner Speaker Perez. Once we arrived there, we were cordially greeted by Ms. Joan, their Sales and Marketing Officer. We sampled their food and they they also served us additional menu to sample.
Afterward, we were given a short audio-visual presentation of their previous caterings and clients. Ms. Joan says that Angelica's Catering had been around since 2007 and that they put great emphasis on the quality of their food by following a standard. That way, the flavor of the food is guaranteed to be consistent. They have two people in the kitchen, and they are often sent to workshops and seminars, proof of their commitment to quality.
Angelica's Catering offers various set menus and packages, but clients can also customize as their taste buds please. They can cater to as much as 3,500 heads per day, as well as out of town events. Among their regular clients are the CAAP and St. Luke's Hospital.
