At the time I bought the ELF Eyebrow Treat and Tame in Clear/Light, it retailed at PhP 260.00 in department stores. One side is for applying the gel base/primer, the other side is a brush for applying the eyebrow shade. What's so likable is the delicious 'green tea scented paper' scent of the product, it smells so nice!
The gel is applied first to keep the eyebrow color in place. It is a clear unscented gel with tiny fibers and infused with Vitamin B. It is a firm squishy gel, not liquidy or runny. After applying gel, we use the other side and use the want to apply the eyebrow color. I picked this variant because I wanted an ashy brown color. The result is a beautiful natural color, not reddish or too dark, and which lasts all day without running or flaking off.
My thought is that this product is best for those with thick bushy eyebrows. For thin eyebrows like mine, the wand may pose a bit of challenge to create a precise shape, but with a little trick, can be done. I find that regular eyebrow pencil is preferable, but I was very happy using this product.
