Light snacks after work. |

May isang place na madalas namin puntahan for lunch. This place is a strip of food stalls located just at the foot of MRT Boni station. What I love about this place is that the food are very affordable. It takes a while to walk from office to there under the midday sun, but the effort is worth it!
The food here are very affordable. A hundred bucks is food enough for 2 persons. (I don't think I'd be happy during lunch if I work in BGC Taguig, that is why I also look at the surrounding food vendors when looking for ajob). Matakaw nga ako if budget allows, and this is when I splurged occasionally to feast on some good stuff for lunch.
My ulam for lunch |
From one stall, there's plenty of food to choose. Most of them are P20 per stick -- 5 pieces siomai or dumplings, a cup of deep fried chicken skin, flavored french fries, turon, banana-que, isaw, at iba pa.
Chill out after work |
Katapat naman nito is my suki kwek-kwek and penoy vendor (in front of the vendor mentioned above). Inaamin ko, medyo choosy din ako sa mga itlog na sinusubo ko. Perfect ang timpla ng suka nila, which is mildly sour, and has alot of sweetness to it.
Hindi ako sumusubo ng itlog mula kani-kanino. That's why mayroon akong mga suki na palagi kong dinadalo. |
The carinderias there sell ulam for P40 each in big serving on a big platter. Sana ay makadalaw kayo minsan sa lugar na tinutukoy ko kung nasa area kayo. Kumain tayo ng magana bebes. Hope this post gave you good vibes. =)
