Wow, I can't believe this Clinique Blush in Iced Lotus has been with me since 2011 and still doing beautifully well this late 2019??? It was sent by an aunt from the US as a gift. Well, alot of the products I own do very well past their expiration date with no effect on my skin or deteriorated performance.
Iced Lotus is a very sheer lotus pink with beautiful pearl particles in it that add a natural out of this world glow. Natural is the keyword, it is exquisite and elegant. People like too much pigmentation and put too much and look like dolls instead of a beautiful human lol. This glow is not shimmer or glitter particles like other blush.
My skin tone is a light golden beige and I love how it adds a beautiful effect on me. My favorite place to apply is above my cheekbones, not on the apple of the cheeks. It's not too pigmented, which is what I want, and it lasts all day without changing colors or turning darker anytime.
You might be wondering then, why this blush is not even half empty after all these years. I rarely use blush, I have several to review, and this particular one is so special I only save it for when I'm in a good mood to look pretty or for special occasions. It is still a lovely blush. In fact, others come and go but as I let go, this was the only blush left with me now.
