The Fashion 21 Red Romance Lipstick was relatively new when I bought it in September 2012. F21/FS has a promo going on back when I purchased this item. You get a free FS True Light Liquid Lipstick (limited stock/shade) with at least 500 Pesos of single receipt purchase. 

This lipstick comes in a glossy red casing to match the theme, and the lipstick itself is unscented. You get an ultra-creamy consistency and smoothness on the lips thanks to its coconut oil as emollient. The lipstick bullet is firm enough not to break as creamy lipsticks typically do, but this lipstick has a tendency to feather or bleed around the edges of the lips. Its formula stays vibrant and creamy for hours, and can withstand a light meal without need for re-application.

The assistant suggested Prom Date because it had a purple undertone, me being a purple addict. It is very opaque and has good color payoff. Well, this color looks like a deep maroon red on the lips, the only time I would see the bluish-purple color is when I drink and a stain is left on the mug... I wish the actual color on my lips was that. I think the ones that stand out from this line of red lipsticks are Prom Date (a deep red), First Crush (an orangey-red), and Miss Valentine (verges on the pink side).
