Ever Bilena's Advance HD Waterproof Mascara came with free two pieces of their HD Eye Pencil. It comes in a generous bigger than usual tube with alot of content. The mascara wand is made of rubber and the bristles are spaced evenly instead of the usual spiral shaped wand. The mascara has noticably large amounts of fiber to help lengthen the lashes. If it claims to be waterproof, then it is true and will never smear throughout the day regardless if you have oily or sweaty skin afterward.
In retrospect to all my mascara reviews as I am re-writing now, this mascara doesn't produce a volumizing or dramatic effect but still a better performer than other local brands.
