“Jasmine Water BB Cream provides intensive moisture to skin with the help of fragrant jasmine water. It is also an excellent cover cream to make your skin look more radiant and healthy with a natural glow. Triple function Blemish Balm cream helps correct skin tone and repair wrinkles, with added UV protection. SPF 30 PA++."

There was another variant of BB cream from Pure Beauty without the jasmine water, which retails for 120 Pesos. The one I had was the Pure Beauty 'Jasmine Water' BB Cream that gives a very fragrant floral-jasmine fragrance.

It only comes in a single shade. It gives me a pale ash-grey color, it never worked at all, no matter how I try to blend. Around the time I bought it, all other brands were like that, single shade only. This was the very reason I scoffed what was the big deal about these overrated BB creams. Fast forward years after, local brands have adapted well and produced their own BB creams that are just as good and with shade variations to match local skin tone.

The soothing formula is an over-generosity of Jasmine flower extract, Arbutin (whitening), Honeyweed/SIberian Motherwort leaf/flower/stem extract (anti-inflammatory), Beefsteak plant leaf extract (fragrance), Japanese PersimmonChamomile extract (fragrance, anti-inflammatory) and Allantoin (anti-inflammatory).

The consistency is very thick and pasty. Then it also quickly dries, making it a little challenging to blend. It has SPF 30, but the sunscreen in makeup is what gives us a white chalky face sometimes when doing flash photography. Anyway, it gives full coverage and performance that really lasts long and controls oil very well. Sayang lang talaga, they should have come up with more shades.
