I've always been an advocate for supporting local brands, and here's one: the Bella Dolce Mineral Pressed Powder in Toffee Love. Their makeup are very affordable, reasonably priced, and you have a wide range of beautiful colors to choose from. I bought this one in April 2014 from their Fisher Mall branch along Roosevelt corner Quezon Avenue (wishing they could expand to more branches soon!). It was being sold for 280 Pesos when I bought it.
There is plenty of powder fallout when using my brush, but using sponge applicator will take care of this problem. The texture of the powder feels a little more dry than most other pressed powders out there (they contain more emollients, I guess), but this texture is why the powder does a great job of giving good coverage, keeping my face oil-free, shine-free and powdery matte for hours until end of day.

There is shea butter and Vitamin E as skin vitamins. This powder contains five parabens and other chemicals though, so it may not be called 'mineral'. Did you know that parabens were derived from blueberries? By definition, mineral makeup is supposed to be made purely of naturally occurring minerals like titanium dioxide, zinc, etc. I have never experienced any breakouts with using this product for a while. But the thing I loved the most was the lovely scent of a thousand blueberries... I don't know of any other pressed powder doing that, sana lahat!
The shade I have is Toffee Love, a light beige with yellow undertone. It looks to have a translucent finish and fits perfectly with my skin tone.
