The Fashion 21 Eyebrow Powder Duo was bought in April 2013 at a price of PhP 150.00 (made in Taiwan) and is only available in this color set. The powder is unscented and gives you one reddish brown color and one grey color. Eyebrows are always in my least concern when doing everyday makeup. This was my first ever eyebrow product bought. Other eyebrow powders are creamy and have a somewhat clay-ish quality (they may contain waxes) to help stick to the skin, whereas the F21 is purely powder. However, it gives you very pigmented colors to work with that last on the eyebrows all day.
