Fashion 21 sent me the Fashion 21 Defining Eyeliner (3 Colors) back in August 2012 for a preview and was due for release in the market by September 2012. It retails for PhP100.00 each and this product works by twisting the front part of the pencil to make more products come out, rather than sharpening and creating alot of mess.

Fashion 21 sent me all three colors of Black, Dark Brown and Grayish Blue. Grayish Blue is my favorite of the three because of its unusual color. Dark Brown is a deep chestnut brown (not reddish) and Black is the blackest of black. You get a firm waxy consistency which is easy to apply on the skin and very pigmented. This consistency also makes it to stick on the skin all day and prevent smudging or bleeding. In fact, it is very hard to remove and you will need oil or makeup remover to get rid of it unlike regular pencil that I can easily remove. It is a very tough to remove eyeliner and a heavy-duty product!
