The Nichido Waterproof Eyebrow/Eyeliner Pencil retails at PhP65.00 back in July 2012 when I bought it from the department store, available in Brown Black and Black shades only. This pencil is ultra convenient because you just twist the tip to make more product come out instead of sharpening and creating mess. It's good for the environment! Although it is labaled for both eyebrow and eyeliner, the consistency and performance proves that it is more suitable as an eyeliner because it is too thick and pasty. The color I bought was Brown Black, but a bit on the reddish side. Overall, the product performs well and has good lasting power.
